How much does a security guard cost in London?
The price depends on the number of hours, whether cover is day, night or 24/7, the type of site and any special duties such as reception or CCTV work. Night, weekend and bank-holiday shifts usually cost more than weekday day shifts. Tell us about your site and we'll give you a free, fixed quotation with no obligation.
How much does office cleaning cost?
It mainly depends on the size of your office, how often you want it cleaned and what's included (for example kitchens, washrooms or carpet care). We visit or talk through your space, agree a written cleaning specification and then send a clear price.
Are your security officers licensed?
Yes. Every security officer we deploy holds a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) front-line licence, as UK law requires. You can check any licence number on the SIA's public register.
Are you insured?
Yes, The VoRexx is fully insured. We can send copies of our insurance certificates to clients on request.
How quickly can you start?
For most sites we can start soon after a site visit and agreed instructions. Urgent cover can often be arranged at short notice — call us on 07784 839701 and we'll tell you what's possible.
Do you offer both security and cleaning to the same site?
Yes. Many clients use us for both, which means one contract, one point of contact and one invoice for keeping the building safe and clean.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across London and the surrounding areas. Our office is at 385 Harrow Road, W9, so we're closest to Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Camden, Brent, Harrow and Ealing.
Is there a minimum contract length?
It depends on the service. We take on one-off jobs such as deep cleans and event security as well as ongoing contracts, and your quotation sets out the terms clearly before you agree to anything.
What happens if an officer or cleaner can't make a shift?
We arrange trained cover so your site isn't left without service, and we keep you informed. Our 24/7 line means there is always someone to contact.
Is it VoRex or VoRexx?
Both spellings refer to us. Our trading name is The VoRexx, and our website and email use vorex.info.
